To gain deeper insight into the platform, Amplon arranged a demonstration for Oceaneering, which subsequently evolved into a Proof of Concept (POC) phase.
The POC enabled Oceaneering to assess the platform’s capabilities, usability, and alignment with its strategic objectives prior to full-scale deployment. Following a successful POC phase, Oceaneering proceeded with the enterprise-wide implementation of the Amplon platform, transitioning from manual spreadsheet-based processes to a fully digitalized Hoshin Kanri system.
