Onboarding with Amplon
At Amplon, we believe that successful software implementation extends beyond deployment. From initial setup and training to ongoing guidance and responsive support, we partner with you throughout the entire journey. Onboarding timeline
Amplon is easy to use Hoshin Kanri platform and the typical onboarding training includes 3 times 2-hour remote training for the key users.
The training is based on train the trainer principle. Your key users are able to train resto of the organization. 2-hour trainings are scheduled with 1 or 2 weeks breaks in between, allowing your teams to work with Amplon.

Key users invited for a 1-hour general info session with the following agenda:
- Amplon intro
- Implementation and training plan presentation
SSO activation
Access to Amplon is enabled via Microsoft Entra or Okta Single Sign-on.
First 2-hour training
Covers Strategic planning using the X-Matrix. The training provides you with all the tools to translate your strategic plans into Amplon.
Weekly status check
Our implementation team is available to ensure everything runs smoothly and to address any questions promptly.
Second 2-hour training
Covers the alignment building, KPI handling, and execution management. A simulated management review meeting using the data entered in Amplon.
Weekly status check
Our implementation team is available to ensure everything runs smoothly and to address any questions promptly.
Third 2-hour training
Covering the basics of agile strategy execution and any outstanding issues.
Final check and go-alive
Final status meeting to validate the expected value has been realized.
