Project Charter Configuration
Project Charter is now fully configurable.
What’s new:
- Reorder fields — Grab the six-dot handle next to any field and drag it into the order you want.
- Control visibility — Choose which fields are shown or hidden, and mark any field as mandatory.
- One custom field — Rename a dedicated text field to whatever suits your workflow. Note: this label isn’t auto-translated, so if you work across multiple languages, add the translations directly in the field description.
Also in this release:
- We’ve reordered the Project Charter layout segments based on your feedback.
- The Budget section has moved to the bottom of the page and is now collapsed by default.

This update introduces a more intuitive way to configure KPI thresholds and traffic-light statuses. Improved visual guidance helps users define performance boundaries with greater confidence while maintaining support for a wide range of KPI calculation methods.
The result is a simpler and more transparent KPI management experience across the organization.
Contribution Visibility Across the Organization
Alignment is strongest when employees understand how their work contributes to broader organizational goals.
This release introduces new capabilities that improve visibility into objective alignment across organizational levels. Teams can more easily understand how departmental objectives support higher-level priorities, while managers gain a consolidated view of contributions, KPIs, and initiatives across the organization.
The new contribution views help strengthen transparency, alignment, and understanding of strategic progress throughout the organization.

The release includes significant enhancements across project planning, reporting, KPI management, navigation, and overall usability. Organizations can now benefit from improved visibility into project execution, more powerful planning capabilities, streamlined reporting, and enhanced performance monitoring. New functionality helps users better understand project dependencies, identify execution risks earlier, and gain deeper insights into organizational performance.
Version 4 was designed around a simple principle: deliver meaningful improvements while maintaining a familiar and intuitive user experience. Existing users can immediately benefit from the new capabilities without requiring extensive retraining or process changes.
